Can I wash my bag?

These fabric bags can be washed, although if put in a washing machine, they may lose their shape due to the interface becoming softer.  I would recommend spot cleaning.

Can I return an item?

Yes if you are unhappy with your purchase.  Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.  Send items back in original condition withing 21 days of delivery.

As far as I can I will recycle packaging.  I also use plastic mailing bags that can be recycled.
