I have used a cork leather with wine coloured accents on the front, back and flap.
 
It is lined in a matching wine coloured cotton. There is a zipped pocket on the back and another inside. It also has a handy key fob to keep your keys in easy reach.
 
Each handmade bag takes me around 3 hours to construct, I add interfacing, reinforce the strap stitching and add pockets, so its durable, strong and functional.
